🔄 When Can You Return or Exchange?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you receive a wrong or defective product. Eligible returns and exchanges are provided at no additional cost.

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video of the package.
2. The video must clearly show the shipping label, product tags, and the product received.
3. Our team will review the unboxing video and verify the issue.
4. Once approved, we will initiate the return or exchange, provided our courier partner's reverse-pickup service is available in your area.

Important: A valid unboxing video showing the shipping label and product tags is mandatory for processing your request.
