Refund and Cancellation policy
We provide a simple and hassle-free refund process for cancelled, RTO, and successfully returned orders.
In case of cancellation, the eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method after deducting ₹99 towards order processing and handling charges, including all applicable taxes and charges. The remaining net amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.
Note: The ₹99 advance payment made for Cash on Delivery orders is non-refundable in case of order return and cancellation.
If you do not wish to cancel your order, or you do not cancelled (mistakenly happened) your order, simply type “REORDER” and send it to our official WhatsApp, support team will process your order again without any additional charges.
