Our support team will connect you and arrange a reverse pickup for your order.

When handing over the product to our delivery partner, simply click a photo of the product/package along with pickup partner name and send it on our official whatsapp. This is to reduce fake returns by courier partners...

Once your pickup is completed, our support team will arrange a new order according to your choice.

You can choose:

• The same product/amount, or
• A higher-value product by paying the extra amount after adjusting the value of your original order.

Exchange is available for size change, colour change, change of mind, or any other personal preference.
